Shipping/Delivery policy

At Jofycosmetics, we strive to ensure your package gets to you complete, on time and in Condition. Therefore, we opt for a reliable logistics company like GIG, GUO and ABC logistics company.

Delivery fee and duration of your package is expected to get to you is entirely dependent on your location. Therefore, the fee varies.

We deliver Nationwide. Delivery within Lagos is within one (1) to four (4) working days.

Outside Lagos is within Three (3) to seven (7) working days, after the day of payment.

We will not be held responsible for the wrong address you provided to us during your purchase.

We always advise that customers ensure their availability at the address provided to us. We will not be responsible for or pay extra for your unavailability once the dispatch comes and leaves with your package. This is to say that you will be charged extra for your unavailability or redirection of our dispatch to another address not provided to us during your purchase.

In case a customer is unavailable, a notification will be appreciated.It is important to note that delivery fee is non-refundable once a purchase is completed.

If need be we will contact you for extra delivery charges depending on you location in Lagos. Outskirts such as Lakowe, Ikorodu, Iyana ipaja, Ajah, etc will attract extra delivery fees.

If your package is above 0-3kg, you will also be contacted for extra delivery charges.
